DESCRIPTION
Ultimate Frisbee is a team sport, accessible to all, based on fair play, self-refereeing, mixing, all without contact. It is played, as its name suggests, with a Frisbee (a disc). The aim is to catch the disc in the opponent’s zone to score a point.
ORGANISATION
Format for the Playades
– Teams of 5 to 12 people with unlimited substitutions (between each point)
– 15min matches, with a total of 5 matches maximum per day
o Reminder / explanation of the rules of the sport / presentation of the field boundaries on Friday with all teams
o Group stages on Friday
o Final phase on Saturday
